DeleteYourDebt.com is a practice of Shook Law PLLC. We defend collection lawsuits, make collectors prove the debt, stop unlawful collection conduct, and fix credit-report errors. We do not settle debts and we do not negotiate balances. Nothing here is legal advice without a signed retainer for an active project.
What this practice does
This is collection defense. If a collector is calling you, or you have been served with a lawsuit, we act for you against them. A licensed attorney handles the work. Shook Law PLLC is the law firm you would retain.
The name is a brand, not a promise. We do not make debts disappear, and nobody can. What we do is make the collector prove its case, defend the lawsuit, hold it to the rules it has to follow, and correct what it reported about you.
If you have been served, there is a deadline to respond, and it is short. Missing it can mean a judgment against you without a hearing. Write to us with the date you were served.
We are not a debt settlement or debt relief company. We do not take a fee to negotiate your balance down or to enroll you in a payment program.
